Refund Policy
1. No Refunds
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not using the extension after purchase
- Technical issues on the user's side (e.g., browser incompatibility, slow internet)
- Discontinuation or changes to free features
- WhatsApp account ban or suspension resulting from use of the Extension
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be provided once the transaction is completed. Please review the features of each plan carefully before purchasing.
2. Lost License Key — Free Replacement
If you lose your license key, you do not need to purchase a new one. We will issue a free replacement within 24 hours.
Simply contact us at Contact@leadtools.in with:
- Your purchase email address
- Your order ID or transaction reference (if available)
Once we verify your purchase:
- We will issue a new license key at no charge
- The old, lost key will be deactivated immediately
- You will need to enter the new key in the WA Manager extension
We recommend saving your license key in a secure location (e.g., a password manager) to avoid interruptions to your service.
3. Account Ban or Suspension — No Refund, No Liability
WA Manager is a tool that interacts with WhatsApp Web. Using any automated or third-party tool with WhatsApp may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service.
No refund will be issued if you lose access to your WhatsApp account for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Using WA Manager in a way that violates WhatsApp's policies
- Sending unsolicited messages or spam (even if not done through WA Manager)
- Any action taken by WhatsApp or Meta against your account
You assume full responsibility for your compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service. Purchasing a WA Manager license does not guarantee uninterrupted access to WhatsApp Web.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of WA Manager after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
