Yes, LEADTOOLS is safe to use. All data processing happens locally in your browser — we never upload, store, or transmit your WhatsApp messages, contacts, or personal information to our servers. The extension is open to security reviews and audits.

No. LEADTOOLS is an independent product. We are a third-party tool built to enhance your WhatsApp Web experience.

You can extract:
• Member names
• Phone numbers
• Group metadata (group name, group ID)

We never extract messages, profile pictures, chats, or private account information.

No. All WhatsApp data stays entirely on your device. We never transmit, upload, or store your group member data on any server. The only data we collect is your subscription status (for license validation) and contact form submissions (if you reach out to support).

WhatsApp Web updates regularly, and we stay on top of compatibility. We release updates to fix any issues as quickly as possible. Our team monitors WhatsApp Web changes and tests our extension frequently. If it breaks, an update will typically be available within hours or days.

No. LEADTOOLS does not offer mid-cycle cancellation. Once you purchase a subscription, you are committed to paying for the full billing period. Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you contact us to request non-renewal (but this will NOT refund your current period).

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime:
• Upgrade: Charged the difference for the remaining billing period
• Downgrade: Discount applies to your next renewal date

Your subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing cycle (monthly). We'll send you a reminder email before each renewal. Your payment method must remain valid for renewal to succeed.

To prevent future charges: Email us at Contact@leadtools.in before your renewal date to request non-renewal. NOTE: This does NOT refund your current billing period.

Your WhatsApp data is not stored anywhere. It stays on your device. Your account email and subscription info are stored securely on our servers for billing and support purposes. All data is encrypted and protected.

You have the right to access, download, or delete your personal data. Contact us at Contact@leadtools.in with your request, and we'll respond within 30 days (as required by GDPR). Include your email address and the specific data you're requesting.

Data extraction tools operate in a legal gray area. WhatsApp's Terms of Service prohibit third-party tools. We recommend:

After payment, Dodo Payments sends a license key to your email. If you don't see it:
1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Wait 5 minutes (email may be delayed)
3. Log in to your Dodo Payments account to view your order
4. Contact us if you still don't have it

No refund is needed! If you lose your license key, we will issue you a brand new one for free within 24 hours. Just:

1. Email us at Contact@leadtools.in
2. Include your order ID (from Dodo Payments confirmation)
3. We'll deactivate the old key and send you a new one

Tip: Save your license key in a password manager or secure notes app to avoid losing it.

If your license key is not working or expired:

1. Email us at Contact@leadtools.in with your order ID
2. Let us know if the key is not working or if it expired
3. We'll verify your subscription status with Dodo Payments
4. If there's a technical issue on our end, we'll send you a new key for free
5. If your subscription expired, renew it to get a working key

No refund required — we'll get you working again quickly!

Go to our Pricing page and select the plan you want. Click "Get [Plan Name]" and follow the payment steps. You'll be given a new license key. In the extension, validate the new key to unlock the upgraded features.
